ZEPPA GSC has its own set of Procurement System whereby ZEPPA GSC used their developed supply chain , partnership and facilities to assist its clients and partners on their procurement projects. Procurement is the process of finding and agreeing to terms, and acquiring goods, services, or works based on the client's requirement and assisting all parties to come into a balance and agreeable terms , often via a tendering or competitive bidding process.

This procurement system as an organizational process is intended to ensure that the buyer receives goods, services, or works at the best possible price when aspects such as quality, quantity, time, and location are compared. It is often defined processes intended to promote fair and open competition for the client's business while minimizing risks such as exposure to fraud and collusion.

The procurement system also includes Procurement Project Structure, Risk Management, Transportation Management and Supply Chain Management which round up to be a one stop services for all Procurement Projects. Therefore, with ZEPPA GSC’s partnership and strong networking around the world, ZEPPA GSC Members had provided their fellow clients and partners with production and ready goods. Procurement Project Structure

Procurement Project Structure is a planning forecast which ZEPPA GSC used for their clients and partners. ZEPPA GSC will review the client's procurement order by receiving their Official Letter of Intent with a full due diligence to be conducted. Upon confirmation of procurement order and due diligence on identities, ZEPPA GSC will arrange their members to draft out the Procurement Project Structure which consist of Products Specification ,Price , Quantity, Profile, Terms , Delivery and Payment Layout for their clients and partners to review the Procurement Project Structure for them to have a full view of the procurement project layout before proceeding into the actual procurement stage.

Risk Management

Risk management is the process of identification, evaluation, and prioritization of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities. Despite most of the supplies under ZEPPA GSC are well managed. ZEPPA GSC still complies with the Risk management system which inclusive of identifying, assessing, monitoring and controlling threats of the procurement project to give the best assurance to its clients and partners throughout the Procurement and Production period.

The risk control also inclusive of using the well-known facilities like SGS Société Générale de Surveillance or equivalent for goods inspection. Follow by, ZEPPA GSC is also familiar with Letter of Credit and Intertrust Global as a payment platform to secure the best interests and security of the clients and partners. Nevertheless, The goods of the clients and partners shall be safe guarded by ZEPPA GSC’s Security Company also know as ZEPPA Security and Engineering Limited with 9 years of experience in the trade to ensure the quality and quantity shall be strictly comply with the client procurement requirement as stated in the contract before the goods are delivered to the designated location.
